Wasn't thinking straight; took in creatine ee tabs, multi vit, multi mineral, bunch other shit including fish oils while swigging a cup of coffee, italk to the wife while she's ironing my shirt then after a while go to the kitchen and boom my stomach starts turnin, its too late to get food in, I crack open a diet coke and take two swigs but it doesn't disburse it and I have two choices; chance it and go for the bathroom up stairs, but I might not make it or kitchen sink right there. I go for the sink and its full of unweashed pots, too late UUUuuuEEEE, UUUUUeee, UUuuEEE three times and my legs are trembling and my wife is stood behind after running down stairs, I turn and her jawe hits the floor when she sees puke hanging from my nose and off my chin! I burst out laughing so hard my eyes watered lol! I love to disgust the girl
