  • Patent on omega 3 ee

I've seen the commercials for omega 3 ethyl ester - I am a little confused - why when you have cee , arginine ee etc - can one be patented (even elderly have found creatine to be benefitial, so is it going to be a prescription soon too!!?). Just doesn't seem right to corner the market on a fish oil just cuz it's EE.. am I totally off base here - pls explain what the deal is. I hate fish oils but I take em, would lbe interested in this stuff.

right bro ! But why do they have the right to make it a RX now ?? I think that's kinda weak, I can't just get it with the rest of my supps.
