                  In all seriousness. I believe I look good at 220. I am lean enough to some definition and veins going, but not lean enough to have abs or striations. If I dropped below 200 I'll look skinny and weak.

Bro you know i always got your back in anyway - but some veins at 220 - if thats the way i use the term some, thats sounding like you are pissing away gains you worked for. Look at heavy weight fighters - note their weights, and how swole those fuckers can look. At 220 you need to have shit locked down one way or the other - dont matter but dont waste your gains homey.

                      I know for a fact I am not wasting gains. I have gotten a lot stronger during this summer. My gains may slow down now that school has started, but I plan on dropping a few more pounds and maintaining.

                          I agree with art. You have this idea in your head about what you will look like if you lose any more weight. You need to diet down until you have visible clear abs, if that means 25 more lbs then so be it. You want to look like the guy in your avatar but never want to lower your bodyfat to what is needed.

                            frankly this time of year - unless it was contest based - I'd say eat clean , eat big , and lift big - who the hell cares man , chicks fuck you if you can pull them .. if you need abs for that then you know you got probs already. Aside from that, being bigger, stronger is always better than having to diet.

                            also - i was thinking about trying to see how I could cut, cycle lined up everything - but reality is I don't have the time to really do what I would want my body is a bitch to lose fat without muscle. Now I got classes daily, and my gpa is my future, i can eat clean no prob and just keep pounding iron , but fuck cutting during school year imo.

                                just measurements alone would be enough to suffice - legit waist - chest etc - give an idea of where you are proportions. No need to post pics so some creep can jack off in the corner.
