    Ordered a large cheese pizza from a local place and got some Sam Adams Summer Ale. Feel a bit like rado with the Sam Adams but as far as American beer goes, it pretty good shit.

    I had a cheat meal Friday night and I woke up Saturday morning weighing .2lbs less than Friday morning.

    Might grab a cheat meal today. thinking about going to this kabob place and getting Lamb and Curry kabob.

      1 cheat meal a week. its a mistake to add in more because you got a good result from your last cheat meal. add in more cheat meals and your body will start to store fat again.

              my cheat meal every weeks is basically some sort of red meat and then frozen yogurt as dessert. i am not sure what i want this week. any ideas?

                anything at all you want as long as it is just 1 meal and you are not stuffing yourself with so much food that you cant stand after. :D

                  usually is 1 time a week, at most 2 if i'm going to dinner with friends unexpectedly but i eat within reason. how about you deliver a cheesesteak from geno's for me. :D

                        not at all. when you are eating clean all week your metabolism tends to adapt and you sort of stall in your progress. that 1 cheat meal loaded with calories shocks the body and in return the metabolism kicks up.

                        the day after a cheat meal i look full, tight, and lean. more so then the other days of the week.

                          Its a cheat meal, not a day. If you have a cheat meal it will fuck you up severely. I eat clean all the time. Its not easy.

                              When I go low-carb, I get good results with a cheat DAY...no way I could get enough carbs to re-load my body in one meal. I use R-ALA before every meal on cheat day though, so maybe that's why doing several cheat meals doesn't hurt me in that scheme.
