lol he is leaner than me by a long run. Whats your point? It honestly doesn't bother me. Genetically I can never stay lean for a long time, even with perfect diet and exercise regiment. i will stay lean for a few months and than notice fat coming on.

also for me maintaining 14% body fat is a lot easier than 9-10%.

You'll be surprised what being a nut about your diet can do DNA. My natural bodyfat is probably in the 14-16% range. Through strict dieting I stay around 10 with minimal cardio (twice per week). When do four days I can actually have a cheat meal every other day without any problems.

Change your thinking that it is not a diet (negative connotation). It is a way to eat to make others jealous/want you/envious/hate your work ethic (whatever is positive to you).

All the above is true if you feel comfortable at 10% bf. If I drop lower I grow lethargic. So if 14 feels comfortable, stay.

I keep my diet clean man. So far with diet alone i can cut down a lot. Once cardio plays a role I can drop it into 12%. Being at 9-10% is what kills me.

The only way to maintain that low is to have my current diet and on top of that do conditioning training (similar to what i did in wrestling practice) for about 2 hours a day and I can stay that lean. Believe me that I will get not lose much muscle.

So far in the last 4 months I have leaned down from 248 and have gotten a lot stronger. In fact I am the strongest I have ever been.

The only thing that is bugging me is I want to have my old lean shape back from when I was 187lbs 3 years ago (12% body fat or so), but i want to keep that lean shape at 220lbs, lol.
