My friend picked his up yesterday and he's been playing nonstop. My 14 year old brother also picked it up yesterday saying its the best. A few of my friends told me that Bungie out did themselves and that campaign is the best.

I couldn't get into Halo.

I am waiting for the new Call Of Duty game to come out along with Gran Turismo

thats exactly the point, it was fun to play YEARS ago. the game play is exactly the same and there is nothing new.

since 07 games like COD 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Assassins Creed series, uncharted series, etc.. have come along and made halo seem ancient and obsolete.

i think people who hate on halo just hate on the technicalities. Halo and COD are similar in the sense that you go around killing people/things. now as for the details, COD wins out because it's more realistic and old people don't have imaginations.
