Just finished up - the place is really much more than I was expecting, really nice place to start up with. I'll take pics tomorrow hopefully - I'm just very excited to have things coming together.

The beach place was both run down, yet increddddddibly snobby area - honestly the lady straight up told me that I wouldn't be "fit to live in this type of environment" hahahaha, so thats cool - they don't want my money I don't want their crap! Love my loft , it's much much nicer, and I'm 10 minutes from the beach anyway.
