Any way to get international channels with a dish?

(I meant the thread title to say without a dish) I have a company called Armstrong. I want to get a Polish channel. Comcast has it, but they don't have service in my area. Is there maybe a way to get something online and run it through the tv?

We have a dish with a receiver that hasn't been programmed for any company. My parents love sitting and watching 200+ channels of middle eastern garbage. They paid a one time fee and than had a family friend install it and now it works.

With the receiver its easy to hack and program codes that allow you to watch any channel. I am waiting to pick up free shit :D

oh.... I doubt because comcast put a filter on your service. Before you could manually get that filter off by going to the main source of your cable in your neighborhood and fucking shit up. Now everything is controlled by comcast behind a computer.
