My friend actually has one similar along these lines. The blue laser is strong enough to cut through almost anything. He had to down grade the beam when he showed us. From what I have heard these will blind you permanently

The military had designed this for other reasons, besides making someone blind. My friend was telling us that at full power, the laser can cut through a side of a plane, cut bricks, and do other shit. To turn on the laser, you must know the passcode for it. Its a series of clicking the on button and turning something. Wicket shit. I held one in person, it has so some good weight to it. The battery is odd as well, nothing like I've seen before.

If you click the website and actually read you would discover that yes it does burn through objects but not anything such as bricks or planes, lol. It can burn through thin leather strips, rolls of electrical tape or things of similar density and/or thickness. There are multiple safety Mechanisms on it to prevent accidentally turning it on, but no secret code or whatever dna was describing, lol.

I just think its a cool device. Basically an insanely bright flashlight with an added features of burning someones retinas, lmao.
