Googles search as you type is getting very annoying

There are constant delays as I type and if I have to backspace real quick, I have to wait a couple seconds before typing again or else it only puts up part of the word I type. Like today, I was typing in "Discover Magazine current issue" and I had a typo after the first "r". So I backspaced and started typing again and ended up searching for "Discover Magazine cunt issue". :fight:

Yeah. I was getting irritated too. I guess it comes in handy for some people but I am not in that group. And on top of that if I am logged into my google account the homepage takes longer to load because it has to load the google backdrop. It is mad annoying.

Agreed. I have turned off the instant search as you type. But the auto suggestions are now automatic with no way to turn them off. I would use Yahoo more but they have so many articles and ads it takes forever to load. About to go back to Ask Jeeves.

press the "turn off" button right next to the search bar you dumb shit.
