I knew a guy that rented out pay phones; used to make a shit load of money off that...Probably not so much anymore. I would be more inclined to go with soda machines; my friends Dad had a company doing that; he paid you to put the soda machine on your property, and he took all the profits. Just like in grocery stores the company rent shelf space from the store owners and it is there responsibility to keep the inventory stocked.
