Stay at the Frontier. You can get a suite that time of year for $48 dollars a night. Nice suite too. Right next door to treasure Island and centrally located. I usually stay there for a weekend every year around that time. Close to Cheetas too :D

The rio is all suites, huge ass rooms, cheap prices, and they work with a few airlines, so Im sure you can find 4 or 5 packages

I paid like 450 for 5 days and 4 nights with air fare, last time I was there in Jan
