    weird, its doest think thats the right driver for you card. you selected the XP folder once you extracted it? the other problem with the USB cards is its often plugged into the back of the PC which is usually on the floor.

    btw thats a good card.

      I'm interpreting it as I have the best driver already. On that link under downloads there is only 1 version 1.0. It is plugged into the back of my pc on the floor, but the antenna is sitting on the top of my computer desk (about waist level). I did extract the files and then select the updates.

      I got this whole Cisco set up because my wife needs good connection with her laptop for school.
