They can have logos on them or not, I don't care. I prefer black, but its whatever.

              Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Alright dna we have to talk about this wearing a thick hoodie and sweating twice as much crap. My question is why do you wanna sweat so much? it does nothing for your fat loss, and excessive sweating during an exercise routine will only fuck you up. By keeping your body hot you are only loosing precious water and fucking up you electrolyte balance. This isn't 1970 any more you can not wear thick shit or a garbage bag and exercise. Doing so might even kill you.

Why do you think the latest exercise gear is made from drifit materials? why do you think they all wick moisture and keep you dry and cool? why do you think every pro football, baseball, basketball, teams are wearing jerseys that are made from that material? or runners in that same mater wearing the same shit.

You know why? because keeping your body cooler and dryer makes you perform better and exercise longer. That's why.

Think of your body as your car engine, you don't want your engine to overheat you wanna run it cool as possible so it'll perform at it's best. Same goes for your body. Go to fucking target pick up some champion short sleeve jerseys for about a 8 bucks a piece and keep your body cool and dry.
and if you wanna loose weight loose it with proper diet, cardio and exercise routine.
Read this.(ignore the sports drink part of it)

Your points are very valid and i do respect them.

My current workout attire consists of basketball shorts that are light weight material, and a nike workout shirt designed to pull sweat away from your skin.
In the summer months I would workout and sweat like crazy. I honestly felt warmer, better pumps, and felt as if my muscles were stretched out and not going to get damaged.

Since its been cooler here, and the our gym has the doors open, the slightly cooler air puts me in a shitty mood. I can't get a decent pump, I don't feel the blood flowing, and my muscles don't feel warmed up (even though i warm up and stretch before and in between sets.

With the hoodie, i will be wearing a shirt underneath so i can just take that off if i feel too hot, but i will still be wearing sweat pants.

Sorry homie for coming off bit to harsh. I just saw two guys at the gym dripping sweat like crazy and over heared them talking to someone how it helps them drop weight and shit then I come home and see your hoodie thread so naturally I blew a little gasket. :D
I see your point about staying warm so I'll ignore the part that you wanna sweat twice as much and hope that you'll keep your body properly hydrated. :)

That EFS has some sick clothing; usually weightlifting shirts are stupid but those you could actually wear out in public.

                    I bought this one.

Nope, didn't come off harsh. I understand your point. You were at the gym? :D

Anyway, it was 67 degrees today, and definitely wasn't feeling it with shorts. So i went into the gym with a hoodie and sweat pants. Did arms and I felt my muscles warmer and i moved up in weight. Sweat was not an issue. Just a little sweat. Wasn't pouring out or nothing. I am drinking anywhere from 1g-1.5g of water a day (No juice, milk, soda, gatorade, etc...)

Definitely felt good to wear a hoodie. Going to do the same for leg today tomorrow.

                            I appreciate your concern :)
