Cain is faster for sure, can he hit as hard, no. He would have a punchers chance if they stood toe to toe, but I don't believe he would beat him down as you might.

If the fight stays on the feet for more than 1 minute first round brock will loose. But personaly I dont think he is that stupid after what happened to him with Carwin.
