Protien shake for my pooch

I have a dog that I can't let run loose she gets into trouble but I run her behind my 4-wheeler everyday just a steady pace jog for a couple miles. After I always give her a scoop of protien powder in some skim milk. I just don't feel that dogs get all the nutrition they need from dog food, now I could be wrong but you know these companies are all about money you know. Some days I'll take some brown rice I already have cooked up and put an egg in it stick it in the microwave and give her that. Rice and eggs are just as cheap as dog food. My dog is in top shape she looks healthy and happy!!!:)

I seen a thing on the nationol geographic channel about these places that make dog food and how most of what they put in the dog food is just filler and basically there isn't much nutrition in it and so on. So I just try to feed her good I care about my animal

There are better options like fresh fish and lean meats.

Large amounts of milk and whey aren't the best choices for dogs.

I give her a cup of skim milk with a half a scoop of whey in it after I exercise her big fucking deal. I let her go the other day and she ca,me back with a deer leg I hardly think a little milk is gonna hurt the animal, fuck it...

Dairy is usually not recommended, but my dog has odd stomach issues combined with an overall odd appetite. He actually eats yogurt mixed in with his food about 3 times a week and he is fine. He won't eat if you just throw kibble in a bowl, he wants to watch me actually "cook" him something. It is strange shit.
