Today at the gym

I guess all the big people wanted to lift today. The multiple NPC winner of the Super Heavy Weight class was training with 4 of his buddies that are also training for NPC. He is about 300lbs right now in the off season. Competes at a shredded 240lbs. Another guy was there that is a walking brick wall. Never is lean, just massive. He trains this female that just got her pro card 2 weeks ago on Saturday. She won it all and over 40.

Phenomenal physique. Dense muscle mass, impeccable definition, and hella vascularity.

What I like is, they are all very nice people. The treat me with a lot of respect, I treat them with respect, spot me, I spot them, and generally want to help me.
