WTF!!!!!!!

I want to know what f-ing crack head ever said house hunting was fun becuase this is the most miserable experience I have EVER encountered!!!

We have been looking for 3 months, and put 2 contracts on 2 different houses...both of which were not accepted, obviously. My workouts are suffering because all I am doing is looking for a damn house, and my diet sucks a bag of dicks because I'm too tired to come home and cook after work, working out, and house hunting. I know I need to be patient, but god*amn this is TERRIBLE!!!!:drunk: :drunk: :drunk:

I will be seriously house hunting in the spring. Even now, just scouting out local listings in the paper and on the net, I can see it's gonna be a pain in the ass to find all of the features that I'm looking for in a home, on the kind of property I want.

I feel your pain. Im house hunting now. I havent found but one house I liked and it sold 2 weeeks before I sold mine after being up for sale for over a year. Now I cant find anything and the damn interest rate is going back up. I guess an overpass aint all that bad.lol

House hunting does suck, it gets even worse for a while once you buy one. You have to clean, paint if you want, move and then unpack. The little thing take the longest. We bought our first house in june and we still are trying to finish setting up. The gym and diet suffer a lot.
Cheer up though, once you move in and settle you really will appreciate owning your own home. Good luck to you.

Well, putting out a 3rd contract today....since my hubby is handy, we are able to have some vision about what we can do...It's a steal, been on the market since Feb...we'll see....I've learned now not to get me hopes up until we get an accepted contract...bastards.
