As Bouncer said, moving to get a fresh start can be helpful. Only if you aren't going to be the same person and you use that fresh start as a way to redefine yourself. If you still idolize all the gangster shit and live as a wannabe rapper, nothing is going to be different in Florida. If you don't improve yourself, you're not going to feel comfortable and have friends that will be a positive influence in your life.
