I forgot to weigh myself last night but as of this morning I'm three pounds heavier. I'm sure scale would've showed whole lot more because I ate so much food that I had to take a huge dump at 10:30 pm last night. (I was eating until 10:15):thumup:

funny enough, no weight.
i usually eat 7 clean meals.
but yesterday i ate only 4 meals (2 of them cheat meals). they were huge meals with all kinds of cals.
so total weight of food that i consume is actually more on regular days because i eat more of them.

Ya funny I only ate 3 times yesterday well realy only 2 time cuz the first meal was a shake I make ED.
