when i started this thread i was at 248 last night i was 257. I will admit i weighed in at 248 first thing in morning and the 257 was last night after dinner.
In the morning I have slight out line of abs juist the outline not each ab. but after a few meals all that is gone. I ate so much that my stomac would stick out. looked like GH gut,lol.
Still dont feel like getting back after it but i sure wont eat like i did this last week.
still only workout a couple times a week if that cant realy get in the swing of it right now. I lost my weight training partner so that makes it easyer for me to say fuck it.
the weights feel twice as heavy as they did before,lol

Saturday night i went all out. i had pizza, wings, and burgers. Ended up watching The Expendables and Predators. Weighed myself 1am early Sunday morning and i was at 224.
Woke up Sunday morning and weighed in at 223.
As of this morning, i am at 221.
