  • what would you do? need some advise please

Most of you know I make MMA shirts, well I am making some for a friend that is fighting with his sponcers and such pretty much only good to him.
the T shirt printer will not have them in time for his fight.
the printer told me sorry, lol I asked for a full refund and I will return the shirts.

Is that being a ass or is the reasonable? I want to keep using the company and dont wanna piss him off where he gets me on every order from now on. you know adding a fe bucks here and there.
also my friend said he would help by keeping the shirts but for half price and he will either sell them now or try and use them next fight even if sponcers change? whats fair for everyone????

i don't see anything wrong with what you did. as long as you weren't hostile and explained that it would be a waste to print them after-the-fact. as for selling them to your friend, i don't know what to do there. depending on how well you know the guy, i would just return them if you can get all your money, if you can't, sell them to your friend for half.

so its reasonable for me to ask for full refund
and probably even better for printer if i took them for half price?

He shouldn't have any issues with giving you a full refund, especially if you are a good customer. It's business and he wouldn't want you to be asking for personal favors if something got messed up on your end.

If your relationship with him is as good as you say, he should actually be offering you a refund.
