LOL I have thoes. I liked them but you cant wrap your hands with a normal hand wrap. You MUST always use handwraps if you are gonna git the bag hard. I have thoes for MMA drills very light striking on the ground or to punch into a take down. I dont use them on the heavy bag.
trust me bro get the Fairtex gloves I linked ya to or give me a bit of time 2-3 weeks and I will get you some cheaper.

Sparring or fighting = mouth gaurd #1 not some big 5 boil and bite gaurd a real mouth gaurd that will save your teeth if you get popped in the grill. Specialy if you are gonna use MMA gloves.

Sparring you need
Shin gaurds
hand wraps
sparring gloves you could use bag gloves but thats kind mean to your partner special after you use the gloves for awhile on the heavy bag.
mouth gaurd
head gear Dont skimp here either or you will go home every day with a head ache.

A real moth gaurd is 150+ bucks

Yes all that is perfect but you wont need both the MMA gloves. The last pair Fairtex are realy fighting gloves and there is no use for thoes other than to fight. If you were to sparr with thoes it would have to be realy light or someone is getting hurt pretty easy. Fairtex makes a sparring MMA glove but still not the coolest thing to get smacked with.

How soon you want this stuff? I was with the VP of Fairtex all week at the fights he said I can order anytime. ( LOL I have connections)

My buddys gym just got that bag I have not used it but i dont like the looks of it. It seems to be more of a straight Thai bag so you can clinch ect.

The head gear is good another buddy has it he likes it. I have the winning one. the Title guys copied the one I have it is made in Japan and the best head gear there is.

I can get you all that stuff bro so if you are serious I will cut you a good deal on all that stuff. I am going to sighn the lease on my store front tomorrow should be intresting
