the taliban goes to department stores and they buy dryers in bulk. they use the timers used in those to time their bombs. the US has spent 5 billion dollars to develop bomb detection technology. the US failed.

if you want to fight a terrorist, think like one. money will never win against an organization that uses anything but that.

i'm not trying to take sides with one or the other, but you can't fight intelligence with money. if we aren't going to pull out of war, then get down and dirty like the enemy.
