I am curious to what people on here consider their natural body types. By this I mean if you ate normally, and were not rigorous and consistent with your workouts. And no supplements.
My natural body type is towards the endomorph. I am naturally heavy and struggle to keep my bodyfat below 12%. That requires a perfect diet and cardio
