Yeah dude that's rough. The hair tie part really hit home. I can imagine how something that small would really bring back some memories. Its the every day life things that would be the toughest to cope with.
Reminds me of a guy I know who lost his wife to cancer a year or so back. Every morning he still makes two cups of coffee. :noo:

My step mother comitted suicide about 20 years ago. Last Christmas my grandma broke out some home movies and popped one in and there she was. My poor dad just set there blank. My grandma started crying and took the movie out. A friend of mine lost her mother recently and posted on facebook she wished heaven had a phone so she could call and talk to her. Another guy I was having some problems with he was beating up his girlfriend whom is a good friend of mine and I was on the verge of taking matters into my own hands he had a wreck killed the passenger and now he (the driver) is paralyzed from the neck down all he can do is follow a pencil with his eyes. You never know from day today
