Have you ever tried working with them to try and get something taken off your bill that wasn't your fault? They dont care they want their money.

Yes many times when I went over on minutes or texts and didn't realize, they have erased at least $200 or so in the last few years.

      Been with AT&T for years

:agreed: My brother used to get text messages from random people that he wasn't on the texting plan. So every month our bill was over by a few dollars. Called AT&T and took the charges off.

We also had internet issues with our phones back in the day, sometimes we would accidentally get online and just run data over and over. Didn't realize it until later that day when the battery was dying twice as fast. AT&T always took care of us. Its worth it talking to them about it.

Stop calling those 900 sex numbers on your cell.
