that's all... other than that, i plan on having a great friday and weekend :)

I am in florida and it was 57 degrees when i went outside this morning and that is cold for me

FU to the uneducated trainers at my gym who think theyre the shit and dont know how to train and teach people to train the wrong way. Then they ask me questions and then spit out my philosphy out at them and they make a buck off what i know. F THAT!!!!!!

finally FU to the grocery stores that sell the foods i need to eat at such a high price and burn my wallet up!
