For those of you that read the real nightmare thread I posted a couple weeks ago you may remember I mentioned that a few blocks from where my child lived they found a kid murdered in a garbage truck. This is the sentence the judge handed down. Idk about prison in other states but let me tell you Ky state penitentary ain't no fucking joke. I have to aggree with the judge living in general population with the bigger younger stronger inmates is worse than the death penalty. He is a marked man

That is the perfect sentence for him. Death penalty is the easy way out. If they don't kill him within the first week he'll attempt suicide.

does KSP have a PC yard or is it just general population no matter what?
In Cali we have PC (protective custudy) and that guy would never make the main line. If he did the lawyers would have a field day with that case.

They have PC thats what I been wondering about because anyone that feels threatened can check in but the judge ( I watched the news on different channels ) seemed to stress the point that he would be in general population. I think the samething he check straight in unless there is some legal thing that the judge put in place but I don't think thats how it works. Scared niggas check in...

Ya I agree scarry fucks check in but the Prison will also make him PC. They can get in trouble I belive
