Nj has the strictest gun laws in the nation.

Who cares if it isn't a state. Laws are laws. DC is the nation capital.

NY depending on which county has some fucked up restrictions. I still have a restriction on my permit I want to have taken off.

In this whole story though it seems like the cops and judge decided to bend the law to make it hell for this guy. There's no way according to that law that this guy should be in jail.
