Parents are having a party. Still dieting, but tonight i will engorge and go all out. I'll have pics posted up tomorrow. Almost everything will be hand made. We've started preparing since Monday.
I came home from the gym at 4pm and we had a few guests over. lol at the looks i got when they saw me a hoodie with chalk stains
So we had a small little party. Plenty of food, and majority is handmade. I honestly couldn't stomach everything. I had 2 plates of food and thats it. I weighed in at 219lbs so, i gained one pound, lol.
Ok, so this is the whole table full of food. We decided to have a small variety of food since it wasn't a large party.
First off, you need your salad. Basic salad with hand squeezed lemons (thanks to my massive forearms :D) as the dressing
This is a dumpling, its a very thin flour with ground chicken, onions, ginger, and garlic inside. The chicken has no fat, no skin, and no bone, its chicken breast. We have a meat grinder and just made our own ground chicken. This is all hand wrapped, took my mother and I 3 hours to make, and 20min to cook. Put some yogurt on top and add in a little korma. Not that spicy, just makes you enjoy the food.
Here is eggplant that has been lightly fried and has black powder as seasoning and yogurt on top. A bit spicy, but manageable.
Here is Basmati rice that has raisins, almonds, carrots, and pistachio's added in. Fantastic taste. Not spicy
These are handmade mini kabobs, its ground chicken that we prepared. You can easily eat like 30 of these before getting full. First time we made this, fuckin good. These weren't that spicy, mostly to enhance flavor.
Here we have lean cut of a lamb. Very tender, spicy, and full of flavor. My uncle and I went through this like no tomorrow
