Only bodybuilder I was ever excited to see was Michelle Ralabate at a show back in '95.

Dorian Yates was standing next to her and I pushed in right past him.

What are you trying to say?

You're never home or at work behind your computer? You're always on the go eating out and staying away from the gym? :D

Like I'm gonna sit there as an asset manager with an anabolic steroid forum on screen at work, it would prolly show content blocked anyway.

Went back to my hard core gym tonight and did shoulders, only the 4th time on six months, the other three over the last two weeks. I'm up to 55kgs dumbells for one set on shoulder press, dropping to 50kgs from there. When I was on I was up to 60kgs for 6. It was too heavy to be honest but I can still move some weight relative to my casual but experienced peramiters. I was fucked at the end of shoulders though, couldn't do tris, had myy protien then left.

Arms tommorrow, 6 sets bis and 6 sets tris then done. Short and intense.

Glad you're getting back into it. Have you started a cycle back up or are you all natural?
Won't be cycling for a long time bro. It had its purpose and I loved it and I'm still interested in the physiology of it. However I'm running some sarms s4 and ghrp2 and franklly that's all I need now days bro. I know id have it easier an look somewhat better on test but I want to see where I can take it as I am and am simply not interested in being bigger. Ideally id be about 235 and solid. As it stands I have some work to do

Cool man. Wish you the best. SARMS S4 got my attention a while ago, still debating or not to use it. I have been reading Bouncer's GHRP thread and that seems like a good route as well. If you use both, have a proper diet, and a proper exercise regiment, there is no reason why wouldn't get results.

Yeah I think its just a slow connection and that's why. I can't understand why these companies can't allow an upgrade provision mid term for the iphone, if I get a two year contract now on th iphone 4 the iphone 5 comes out in july so I'm 18 months with an outdated phone.
