OK, so i made a quick trip to Safeway to pick up Soy Sauce and Honey so i can marinate my flank steak and cook it tomorrow. I pay for my items and walk toward the exit. Who do I see? Kevin Levrone standing in front of the Western Union stand. We made eye contact for a good bit, and he just gave me a blank stare.

Couldn't believe it was him. He looks like an average person :(

lol... That's .5% of the bodybuilding population. I was just surprised, i thought he was 6ft. Definitely shorter.

He used to have a gym near BWI Airport, don't know what happened to it. He needs to man up and join our gym :D

I know a few retired bodybuilders and it's amazing to see how strong they still are even after loosing 60-70lbs.
Like one of my buddies used hover around 275 off season and compete around 245-250 now he is around 200lbs and he is still throwing some weight around that will make you say wtf?
I guess once you take your body to certain level most of the strength remains even after loosing ton of weight.
