I just saw a segment of this place on the cooking channel and it looks amazing. :agreed:

How about an explanation of why it has moved to the top of your list. The site looks like an average restraunt site.

My wife treated me to Ruth Chris Steakhouse last night for an early bday dinner. I love their filets; top 2% usda prime beef broiled quickly at 1800 degrees and served on a 500 degree plate. Only seasoning is some salt and pepper and a bit of butter and parsley just before they serve it. Meat melts in your mouth like a tranny's cock in bouncers cake hole.

I can't find the video I saw on the cooking channel, but here is a little bit of it. YouTube - The Bazaar by José Andrés

They do a lot of interesting stuff with foods flavors, textures and pairings.

The other restaurant at the top for me is WD-50 in NYC that I plan to go to in a few months.

Let us know about WD-50. That is on my list for my next NYC trip.
