Just saw it two weeks ago. I really like the two fountain things they are putting where the old towers were. You can see those two cranes on top from Staten Island.

I hate the design...I hate that they missed an opportunity to send a message with the new building. It should have been a tower that was exactly 2,752 inches taller than the original WTC buildings were...one inch for every victim killed on 9/11. Send the message that not only will we build it again if you knock it down, we'll build it bigger and better.

cool, big money make as well I'm sure, I bet the developer has pre-let all the space already before they started to build I'm sure JP Morgan Chase etc are cramming to take the space, probably go for over $150 per sq ft rental
