If he could set aside his ego and arrogance he could probably actually be a good ref, he certainly knows what to look for.

Did any of you guys read the article on Herschel's diet. The dude just doesn't eat for like days at a time..... very bizarre.

^ Herschel Walker’s Unique Diet and Workout Routine

Could you image what he would look like if he ate the way most of us do? He has some freak genetics that’s all I can say.

this just highlights how important genetics are.

              *Does not train with free-weights
              *Skips breakfast
*Dinner is the only meal consumed which consists of salad, soup, and bread
              *He is a vegetarian
              *Sleeps four hours a night

              looks like this

he would be a Flex Wheeler if he went the route of bodybuilding and ate proper protein, steroids etc..

something isnt sitting right with me though.

in the photo above he looks like he is 25 years old and in amazing shape.

here he still looks good for his age but not exactly as impressive as the other photos.

Looks similar to me, just not flexing and jacked on adrenaline.

I think there is definitely bullshit in there. There is no way he played American football only eating one meal of salad a bread a day, utter utter shit!

in terms of training I can fully except he doesn't use weights, dips, pushups, situps, chins and variations of the same can account for his physique especially when you add sprints, wrestling etc

Put it this way, can you seriousely see coaches and dieticians in the employ of NFL teams etc accepting his diet. They would be straight onto him telling him to carb up the day of games, eat more protien etc, if he didn't they would say this guy isn't doing all he can for the team.

He also has some "mental health" issues.

Walker reveals struggles with mental disorder in just-released book - NFL - ESPN

Don't buy the bullshit about not eating, sleeping or lifting.

lol, yeah you're probably right; he contributed very little to his team....

                              not his point.

his point is that he couldnt have contributed as much as he did eating fucken soup and salad once a day and some veggie supplements.

I knew you would come to his rescue, lmao

I don't believe it either, but people seem to back up his claims.
