    Giardiniera A combination of pickled hot peppers, celery, carrots, cauliflower, assorted spices, steeped in a light vinegrette used as a condiment on a variety of foods, ie; sandwiches, pasta, omlettes, chili, soup, ect. The #1 condiment served on the famous Chicago Beef Sandwich.
