How far do you take it?
I mean there is a clear goal in bodybuilding competition and when we're teenagers its about pulling the opposite sex. Now that I'm older I like to lift and stay fit but thats it. I have some fat here and there but I'm really not motivated to look ripped naked etc.
I do diet clean for a week or two to tighten up a bit then relax my eating ab it again and training is the same.
I suppose what I'm saying is that its more about feeling strong and fit no as opposed to trying to be perfect.
The reason I ask is because when you see people dissfugured by accidents or conditions they have no choice but to deal with life on another level i.e. not so much about the physical more about the person.
Do you sometimes question yourself in terms of narcasism?
