I manage my building because I pay almost no rent in a badass neighborhood and I house sit once in a while for my clients because I like pets.

Actually I don't do shit besides collecting rent once a month and call the maintenance man if anything breaks. Heck I don't know why they have me around but I'm not complaining. :D
