Well finally received my order. I'm a little ticked now not only because of the late shipping but the color isnt even close to what they had on their website. They are definitely getting a call.

Update:
Called them and was nice as can be. The lady on the line was totally understanding. So I said I was a little unhappy about the color and the shipping, but i'll probably keep the item anyway. Told her never had a problem before and said my wife was gonna give me them for Valentine's day but they came late. So she put me on hold to see what they were doing about the shipping.

She comes back on and says they are sending me a gift card for the price of the item! It pays to call and complain but be nice at the same time.

So I just received an email from Macy's where I ordered the boots and they are going back on their word now. Saying I did not qualify for the guaranteed shipping because it was shipping from the vendor. So I sent them a nice email stating that nowhere did it say I did not qualify if it was shipping from a vendor, explained to them what happened, sent a copy of the confirmation email they sent, and that i hope they are not going back on their word.
