  • 2012 Nissan GT-R 0-60 in 2.8 seconds

    Nissan does it again, a supercar killer priced at just $90,000

    Hey Mr.I, hate to say it bro but this thing will murder the new Mclaren and do it for a lot cheaper.

        Yes around a track, that is the cars specialty.

        Listen, I would take a mclaren over it anyway but you need to put your British pride aside and understand the facts. That car is an absolute supercar killer.

            we've had this before bro when you tried to say a Bugatti Veyron was faster round track than a Maclaren F1. I just don't see it.

            Have they both done testing on nurumburg yet?

              Didn't know they could improve the GTR. Looks and performs great. For that price, why wouldn't you buy one?

                interesting clip, statistics on paper Vs reality;

                YouTube - Bugatti Veyron vs McLaren F1 - Top Gear - BBC

                Note: the Bugatti takes it in the end but not before being bested up to nearly 200mph by a relatively simplistic Mc F1, a much older car that on paper should be slower. How many tracks could cars trully get up to 200mph before having a corner to deal with, er none. Case in point the Bugatti is a technical wonder piece Vs a much older (early 1990's) that on paper handed the F1 its ass 0-60.

                My point is that one shouldn't look at the big GTR with its technology and assume it bests the McLaren because of stats. One thing about those Brit designers and manufacturers modern day, they don't bullshit and they design stuff that works.

                  i never ever said a bugatti was faster around a track then Mclaren.

                  the bugatti is a straight line car through and through.

                      the new gtr seems to take a few stylng ideas from the 350/370 ..at least from the side view ..nice and electric when it comes time to mash the go pedal.
