Hey bro, I'm going to be in San Jose/Santa Clara for 5 days for a business trip. Any recommendations for a good gym within a few min of Scott and Benton? Need a 1 week pass at a reasonable price.... Just need free weights and a treadmill..... Thanks man!

The bay area is one of the wierdest places for weather. You can be south of SF around San Mateo to San Jose and it's hot. Go to SF of walking on the Embarcadero it's a warm morning then half way through the day it gets windy and chilly, or the fog rolls in and it's cold and damp. Then the end of the day it's warm again.Originally posted by Scrumhalf View PostBTW, Rocket what's with the weather bro? I look forward to some warm dry weather and it is going to be just as cold and rainy as the PNW :(

Worked out at the 24 hour fitness at 1531 Parkmoore Avenue in San Jose. They charged me 5 bucks for a walk-in workout. Not bad, but the gym sucked. Really old equipment and they didn't have a dip belt - what kind of gym doesn't have a dip belt? I asked the girl at the front desk if they had one thinking that they perhaps had it behind the front desk for some reason and they didn't even know what the hell it was... :retard:
I'm going to try a different 24 hour fitness tomorrow.
