It's never worth entering into a relationship with a co-worker. Imagine having to see someone 5 days a week when there is anger/jealousy/hurt/resentment in the air every time you see them. Unless you won't be at this job long regardless of what happens, I would go no further than sport-fucking when either of you need a fix.
