  • Who gets tight in their upper to mid back?

I swear to fuck, if I don't stand with proper posture and I hunch over a laptop for even an hour I am in fucken pain for 3 days straight.

I get knots of muscle that gets so sensitive, when I press into them to massage them out its enough to make you fall down. lol

    Ibuprofen does nothing.

I guess its muscles pulling on nerves and vertebrae when hunching?

So I realized I have bad posture.

If I stand straight up against a wall your ass, heels, mid back, and back of head are all supposed to touch the wall. What natural for me without pushing my head back and forcing my self to stand staight, my head is like 2 inches from the wall. Have to really work on standing straight cause its causing a shit load of pain, all kinds of muscle knots in my upper back causeing radiating pain down arm etc..

that'll do it. i have back pain ever since i started working at my job now. we don't have actual chair but instead we have stools. it's gotten to the point where i'd rather stand all day (about 10 hours) rather than sit down at this point. .

think it has more to do with just poor posture causing tightness in muscles, pulling on nerves etc.. fix the posture fix the problem
