    Try resetting it. If it still does it after that, take it to the Apple store and they will probably give you a new one.

        Yep it's an Apple product and you got it less than a year ago right?

        They will see if they can fix it which sounds like may not happen if a reset doesnt work. Then they will give you a new one.

          i think it might have to do with how i put it down. i might be hitting the ipod button on the bottom right hand corner. lol
