1) I wish we weren't involved at all
2) It was sold to us as Zero fly zone only and now all of a sudden 112 missiles have been dropped by allied forces and we're shooting tanks from aircraft WTF
3) The strain of this is going to now be passed to Britain and France while America chuck a few Tomahawks and jamming devices and basically do fuck all
4) do we seriousely think this will stop with only air and sea vessels deployed, the will end up with ground troops, and we can ill afford it in recession and so many of the forces staff being made redundant and other already deployed elsewhere
Gadafi has announced he is arming the Libyan people (all his civillian supporters) against the foreign invasion, so now what are we gonna do when they're launching roocket launchers against our air support? Kill civillians? Aren't we there to defend civilians ?

{Ucking stupid
From my readings Mr. I, missle attacks are necessary to enforce a no fly zone. Air radar and the such must be eliminated so it is difficult for Libya to fly military planes.
As for why tanks, that I do not understand. The rationale I can foresee being used is that the tanks have anti-aircraft weaponry that must be eliminated to save pilots lives.
I beleive the hope is that the rebels will prevail if we take out their air support. The rebels were encroaching towards the colonel before he pulled out aircraft and helicopters
I just don't see it as our problem and I can't see it as stopping at a war from 25,000 ft above sea level.
What's funny is that we're using Tordados that our government were decomissioning and had been in the process of making 1 third of the pilots redundant.
