    the width of a 150lb db and the length of your arm = you are not hitting chest very effectively.

    so either you lift them and get a shit workout and waste your time on chest or you lied and you dont lift them at all. lol

    Been on new full body work out. 4 sets of 6 for couple of weeks,just got through with flat bench db press 70,80,90,&tried 100lb. db's for first time & got 7 reps
