    Been on new full body work out. 4 sets of 6 for couple of weeks,just got through with flat bench db press 70,80,90,&tried 100lb. db's for first time & got 7 reps

            Our db's go up to 150 lbs. Heavest I go are to the 125's.

                    There are only 2 gyms around my house & I don't get off work until 5:00 & have to drive a hour & half home & the gym is 25 miles from there so I have to use the 24hr. one Wich I guess is better than nothing
