cause your working the muscle instead of throwing around weights that are to heavy hitting joints, tendons, ligaments, etc..

I throw heavy ones in about every 3rd workout but I'm just saying I get a deeper ache from slightly lighter dumbells focusing on the contraction more.Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Post:clapback:
