That picture is about body dismorphia. When you say to a girl, any girl. hey you look great. And she replys back, oh no, I'm so fat or I have to loose two more pounds. Even the hot ones do that.
But the guys on the other hand. They think they look great no matter what. That's when you see the fattest guy in the gym trying hit on the hottest girl in the gym. Lol.
